With Olavsfestdagene and Trøndersk Matfestival going on at the same week, the city is blooming with people.
If I was a child again I would buy myself a baloon.
I would chose a rose.....

What a brilliant idea, Britt! I'd love to know more about your city.
I love the balloon crown and isn't it amazing how the one orange one enlivens it.

You don't have to be a child to enjoy childish things! Next time buy yourself a balloon and smile while you have it. Then perhaps, after awhile, after everyone has smiled back at you and your silly balloon, gift it to a child who looks at it longingly.

You have begun something good! I'm looking forward to learning much more about the "real" Trondheim. Best wishes with your new blog (and we readers are very lucky that you are doing this)!

Golly, I wonder why my Norwegian relatives always told me that Norwegians were a sad, stuffy people! Not fun loving at all, they said. That must have been just THEM here in the US. Thanks for the funny photos and the new blog.
