Sometimes I have a meeting somewhere around the city. Walking there, and back again to my office, I often try to walk new "hidden" roads. You never know what to find.......
Like yesterday. I had attended a lunch meeting and had had more than enough coffee, but on my way back to my office I remembered the new, well at least new and unknown to me, coffee shop I had seen the other day. My feet took me there, the door was open, and suddenly I found myself sitting down at one of the table with a caffe latte.
bella&bulldog opened in May. The place serves only homemade food, and wonderful coffee. During my first visit I did not have space for anything more than a coffee, but I knew I had to go back. And already the next day I got a perfect opportunity. Our daughter turned 20, and we met her in town for a coffee before she continued to her dinner date.
I tried one of the "vækten bolle", freshly baked in the coffee shop kitchen. Oh my gosh! Delicious without borders!
In the photo one of the girls at bella&bulldog shows me the focaccia, right from the oven.
A caffee latte is perfect company for a few pages of reading.

Unfortunatey bella&bulldog's webpage is not up running yet. But you find them in facebook (in Norwegian)
Oh how fun. This isn't the way I picture Trondheim--a modern version! And it's no wonder your English is so good--looks like you read it in your spare time. Good for you!

Good Morning, my friend, Britt! I hope you found a wonderfully comfortable pair of shoes last week. I enjoyed seeing your website while here in Needham seeking treatment. I've been journaling in the art journal that I brought with me. Have met so many friendly people in the last week. Truly a blessing! Have seen a lot of Boston and Brookline, outside Fenway Park. Took the T (train) to Boston Commons Park and enjoyed a Swam Boat ride around the pond. I painted in my art journal by the water. Fed birds almonds at my feet. Saw the house where former President John F. Kennedy was born, just a few blocks from the host home where I am staying. Have experienced many blessings while here. Finding out this morning if I will be leaving to return home this weekend, or continue with treatment at the clinic. My disability has baffled me while here, been confusing. Trying to get some peace about this aspect, which is most important, and the reason for my coming here. I do hope you receive this note from me, and am sorry you cannot respond, as I don't have a web address yet. However, when I return home, I anticipate requesting computer training from the computer center where I live. Once completed, I will receive a free computer. This is on my agenda when I return. Anyway, it is Wednesday morning at 10:10am, and I am waiting to speak to the doctor, and get feedback as to my eyes and yes/no continue the experimental treatment. Your website has been such a joy to see, and given me comfort as I've often been tense. Sending you a smile...Deborah Adams
