We in the US are feeling the same. Today we sit waiting for election results. Tense.
Covid19 cases are surging here in Minnesota. We are rethinking Thanksgiving and Christmas. I only see my grandkids. (ages 2, 5, 13) outside and I miss hugging then and having the little ones overnight.

I miss your posts on the "in the woods" blog, but google translate from your maskarade blog. That's OK. There are only so many minutes in the day.

I am knitting Christmas stockings for the 2 and 5 year olds. Makes life feel just a bit more normal. Stay safe. Mask up. thanks for you blogs.

The first step is always the most exciting. I am sitting in a small hotel room, somewhere in Norway. I am knitting, and all of a sudden I knew it was time to start a knitting blog. Maskerade, masquerade, playing with words as maske is the Norwegian word for a knitted stich, rad is a row. Knitted stich in a row - maskerade.
