To see the final result, kind of.......

I have taken some measurements today. How many centimeters will the sleeve have to be, how many the body. As I am making up this pattern myself, I don´t have the exact measures, but will have to figure them out from other patterns. It seems like this first sleeve is long enough,

but the body needs to be made longer. Probably as much as 10cm.
I still make sure not to overdo my knitting. I have made myself a promise to stop when the fingers get too painful, but it is too easy to forget the pains when I am eager to see what the finished result will look like.

I wonder, is that a good or a bad thing?

I can kind of see, imagine what the final result will look like now. I can see that I have made the right decision about the pattern on the sleeves. I think I like what I see.
