@brittarnhild
There was a small packet in our mailbox the other day. Addressed to me.Curiosity got me, and I could hardly wait to open it. Inside I found a long letter, the cutest card, and two handknitted dish cloths :-) All from Terri, a long time internet friend in Oklahoma. Terri and I have been friends ever since internet was a fresh toddler and yahoo had its groups. Which was long before facebook and instagran and youtube and all these newer platforms. When I created the yahoo group Britt´s Knitting Loft, Terri became one of the first members, and if I remember correctly, I played an important role in teaching Terri to knit. By sending her a Norwegian knitting kit with instructions, yarn and needles, made for kids :-)
Many years have passed since then. Now Terri sis an avid knitter, with a charming grandson to knit for. And here she found time to knit me two lovely dish clothes.
Thank you dear Terri.
You're welcome Britt-Arnhild. Yes you did have a very important role in me learning to knit. I still have the pair of socks you gave me too. The washcloth you gave me has a hole in it, but I still have it. Might do something else with it.

I am glad to hear that you still have the socks. What a pity that the wash cloth has got a hole, well, it tells that it has been used a lot, doesn´t it :-) Let me know if you find another use for it.......
