You're welcome Britt-Arnhild. Yes you did have a very important role in me learning to knit. I still have the pair of socks you gave me too. The washcloth you gave me has a hole in it, but I still have it. Might do something else with it.

I am glad to hear that you still have the socks. What a pity that the wash cloth has got a hole, well, it tells that it has been used a lot, doesn´t it :-) Let me know if you find another use for it.......

    The first step is always the most exciting. I am sitting in a small hotel room, somewhere in Norway. I am knitting, and all of a sudden I knew it was time to start a knitting blog. Maskerade, masquerade, playing with words as maske is the Norwegian word for a knitted stich, rad is a row. Knitted stich in a row - maskerade.
