Such a great little sweater I need a lesson in knitting faster!! I'm afraid that if I knit a sweater for Olive (my 2 year old grand daughter) she would have out grown it. And I'm retired, so I should have more time than you do. When I knit 2 color Fair Isle, I pick one color and throw the other. Wonder if this makes is slower? But I will keep on…..

Navy and cream, such a smart combination! I still have a few labels I used to use..."Made with Love by Nanny" !

The first step is always the most exciting. I am sitting in a small hotel room, somewhere in Norway. I am knitting, and all of a sudden I knew it was time to start a knitting blog. Maskerade, masquerade, playing with words as maske is the Norwegian word for a knitted stich, rad is a row. Knitted stich in a row - maskerade.
