Vacation, cabin life, all meals outdoors, hiking, meeting friends, reading, knitting.......I think this is the best medicine at today´s market when you are tired and exhausted. We sleep like dead for 8-9 hours every night, and slowly, slowly I feel that my creativity is finding its way up to the surface after a very long winter sleep. Creativity is essential, and when it is too deep burried, my availability to see, to breath, to love, to live colours disappears. A colourless life is a poorer life.
But thanks to The Creator and his creation, my eyes are opening up, more and more every day, to see the rainbow of the world. The rainbow put there by God to remind himself what a beautiful world he has created. And is creating every new day.
When the socks were finished, I had just enough yarn left to make a pair of wrist warmers, and while we sat out having our breakfast this morning, I knew where to shoot their photos.
I even took a couple of photos for instagram (@brittarnhild) and for snapchat (britt-arnhild)
Which social media are you on?
Wonderful - making use of the little bits and pieces after a pair of socks are finished and something colorful, too. Of course, I love that the photo was a favorite scene at the cabin. Thank you for sharing this. What a lovely vacation you're having. Hugs to you both.

I've just finished my Bullfinch socks. Babysitting last night, when I always knit, but it was a hot evening so I thought ' I know I will use what's left of the yarn to make wrist warmers'! We think alike!
