Today, Easter Monday, is called Pasquetta, Little Easter here in Italy. It is a red calendar day, and a day when families go out together.
The shop windows still have their Easter decorations, and I love watching all the huge chocolate eggs they have here in Italy.
Sometimes we see mothers or grandmothers with four or five huge eggs in their hands. How children, and grown-ups, manage to eat all this chocolate, is a puzzle for me.
One more Easter egg bag before I close Easter on "maskerade". This one is knitted by Mardelle, one of "maskerade´s" readers. It is lovely, isn´t it :-)
I forgot to tell you, Lanny and I ate our little chocolate eggs just before we left for Amsterdam...then I discovered that the little knit bags were the perfect size to put our earphones into, to keep them safe for travel!

What a great idea Jane. I might make some more for that purpose.
Mauro told me yesterday when we were together with his youngest daughter that one year he came back home from a visit to Russia with a pair of new airphones. The little girl found them and in a blink of an eye some of the tiny little pieces were gone.......and not found until only one year later :-(
