@brittarnhild
I have a notebook where I write down ideas for "maskerade". Having started this blog, finally after so many years, I want it to be active, I want it to be a place where knitters meet, where they get inspiration and where they inspire. To make this happen, I need all of you, but I also need myself to do my best to make the blog a place where people want to come. As English is not my mother tongue, I have problems sharing my own designs and patterns in a way you can understand. Being a knitter for more than 50 years, I can easily do that in Norwegian, but in English.......no way. It took me years to understand what like 2k 2p was, and to go beyond that.......well, may be one day.
Still, one of the things on my list in the new note book is to do some secret knitting. Where I start a project (my own design), show you the start and then in a few, or some times many posts, reveal the project as it unfolds.
Cast on 60 stiches. Knit back and forth on two needles. Knit 3k 3p.
(and to all of you who do have knitting as your mother tongue, please let me know what is correct and what is wrong)
On the right hand side here, you find diffferent information, like the recent commen ts, like the archives and a little further down, categories. The secret projects will be found under the category Secret Knitting.
By the way, "maskerade"s design is not quite finished yet, the right hand side information is among the tings I will work on, eventually.
So, here is the first secret knitting. Just a small project, using a colour which is kind of a favorite for the moment, needles 2 1/2 and yarn from drops. (I give you the link to the British site here, and no, I am NOT sponsored)
I do not plan to make a guessing game out of this, but still.......any ideas what this will be :-)
60 stitches, K3, P3....a hat or a sock? Lovely colour.

No, no, just realised it's on straight needles, not in the round, so maybe a new jumper for Leander?
