Every spring we spend some days in Stockholm, Sweden, where our oldest son Torgeir lives. Stockholm is a beautiful city with a million things to do, and we have a long bucket list, filling our days with walks, cafés, restaurants, museums, concerts, parks and so on, trying to find new, exciting things to enjoy every year. There is one thing we try to go for every year though, the cherry blossoms in Kungsträdgården. Some years we are too early, others too late, or we can have luck and arrive just at the perfect time.
This year the spring is quite cold and we are a bit early. But the first flowers are blooming, just enough for us to enjoy them and to take photos.
For years and years I've been dreaming of going to Japan for the cherry blossom season, meanwhile I really enjoy Stockholm.
