Many years ago I decided that I would always make myself a proper dinner, Even on the nights I were alone. Especially on the nights I were alone.
Tonight is such a solo night.
I have used inspiration from several tiny little restaurant in small fishing villages in Tenerife, and made myself shrimps boiled in olive oil, with garlic, chili and shrimps.
