I have taken you there before, here in The House in the Woods, or may be it was over in Trondheim Through All Seasons, to Svartlamon, the alternative district in Trondheim. Officially it is an experimential area for city ecology, in true life it is a place where people live with open doors and gardens.
I guess I am too much of a middle class woman to live there. But I love to walk through, to stop and chat with people, to shot photos, to taste the sweet ripe plums, to dream.
Last time I walked through the area, I fell completely for this greenhouse.
And could have listened for ages to this young men talking about how "I and my woman spend one or two hours in this garden every morning, gathering herbs and vegetables for our restaurant"
After a morning at Svartlamon I walked home, filled with blessings.
