I didn´t know, but when I walked downtown after work today it took me no time to realise that Trondheim was filled with music. A National Brass Band Festival.
When I grew up every school had their own brass band. It is not like that any more, but still there are many of them, and today they coloured the air in Trondheim.
I am not a brass band fan actually, but listening to them live, in the sun....oh, I love it.
On every square, in every park, music floated.
After a long while I phoned Terje. He was still at work. "May I invite you downtown for dinner....out in the river?"
He is never hard to invite this man of mine.
And a perfect day became even better.
