Seems like I am getting more and more like the boy who cried wolf......You know the Aesop´s Fable, do you? Every time I tell you I am going to take a blogging break, I fail..........or is "fail" a wrong word to use?
Anyway, I was a bit tired last night, it was late, we had had a long birthday dinner and I wanted to make a blog post before going to bed....which gave me neighter time for reading, nor for writing my personal travel diary.
Tonight we had dinner a bit earlier, a shorter one than last night, and as a blizzard is blowing outside, we are not tempted to take a walk in the beautiful surroundings here in Blöndos. Hopefully the sun is back tomorrow morning, and we can walk along the beach.
We started today with the most amazing drive you can imagine. Over a mountain pass where the world was completely covered in white.
Never did I know that white has so many different shades.
The whole rainbow hidden in one colour.
Down from the pass, we reached Seydisfjordur,
according to Lonely Planet Iceland:
If you visit only one of the towns in Eastfjords, this picturesque place should be it!
Iceland, the more we see of you, the more we love you!
