Walk out the door, turn a corner, or may be two, look left, look right.......you don´t see it? Walk over to the vines, and take a peek.......
Yes, there it is.
An art studio which makes me green with envy :-)
Can you imagine your own little playhouse.
With two tiny rooms,
with electricity,
with water
and art supplies in every nook and corner.
As a child I inherited my mother´s childhood book collection. Among the books was one with the title Trollungene ,The Naughty Kids. Two twins with their own playhouse, a house big enough for the girls to stay in over night. Once they were allowed to do their own household for a few days, and the book is about all the trouble they ran into.
How I loved that book!
How I dreamed of my own little house,
a place where I could close the door for my little brothers,
a place for myself, my books and my dreams.
Jane has her own little house,
her own little playhouse,
her own little art studio.
Do you want to take a peek?
Ok, come on in with me :-)
.....
.....
.....
What do you think?
A dream, isn´t it :-)
And don´t you kust love the blue?
And Jane´s paper sculptures?
And I am not the only one loving the house and the sculptures.
You do also Marilyn, don´t you :-)
Green with envy.
Did I really say green with envy?
Of course I am not!
I am happy, glad, thankful to have Jane´s Art Studio in my heart,
as an inspiration.
And lucky me!
Here in the House in the Woods I have my own art studios.
Down in the basement I have a corner for my sewing machine and my fabric collection,
outdoors I have my tiny little greenhouse,
and up here on the first floor I have my Blue Room,
my Blue Room for reading, for art, for dreams.
Thank you Jane for sharing your Art Studio!
