Back in November a wall hanging kind of turned me upside down, and sent me down the flood of childhood memories. As I passed one of the modern museums in town on Sunday, while on a silence walk, I saw that the artist of this particular wall hanging, Inger Johanne Rasmussen, had an exhibition inside.
The exhibition was a combination of Rasmussen's huge tapestries and texts read by the author Terje Nordby.
I decided to come back for the words, or listen to them online, and walked the huge room in silence. Letting the colours, lines, forms speak to me.
Once and again I sat down, took out my notebook and let my thoughts and words flow. Once and again I wandered on, in silence. Mind floating.
A Coat of Many Colours. A treasure, though I would wear it with the colours turning out.......or may be not. May be time for silence means hiding the images, the scenes, the diamonds, the music.....
There is a time for everything.

A short travel today, just in the fjord to the island of Tautra
We drove from Trondheim in the early morning. In rain and cold. I knew though, in my heart, that Tautra would be sunny. Deep in my heart, well, at least in my dreams, I knew. The sun would be shining. It couldn't be anything else.
A colleague drove. We were four in the car and so busy talking about work topic, I didn't even think of looking out the car window to check the weather.
Then we came over the last hill before Tautra. Finally I looked out and saw the island, bathed in sun. Blessings, yes, they are there as long as you use your eyes to see them. My heart beamed, and even more so when we came over to the island, stopped the car, opened the doors and were met by Tore Ljøkjel' s music. He had climed up on the old monastery ruins with his saxophone and greeted us, me, with the old celtic melody and prayer....let the road come to meet me, let the wind cherish my cheeks......
