Are you ready for more deep thoughts today?
Yesterday Anna thanked me for a deep thought provoking post. Thank you Anna, you got my message:-) I didn't use many words, but the thoughts about holding the moment in my hand, not rushing forward, not dwelling on the past, are with me, working their way into mind.
I am still trying to open my heart for these thoughts today. To hold the moment. I don't need to struggle to open the gate, it is already opened for me, and I don't need to use my energy forcing the gate to close......it is no use anyway untill the snow melts.
Why not enjoy the beauty instead?
This is my "photo of the day" over at 365project today. A comment reaches my email while I am working on this blog post, a comment from Geertje K (a photo friend from 365project). She writes:

Geertje's words open a new side of the photo for me. Not only the open gate. Not only the beautiful light, memories of skiing with Marta, a perfect day.........now I am led into the picture with a curious heart.
The gate is open, the tracks lead me...........the Bible says something about walking the paths made ready for us..........
I wonder what I find behind the corner. The gate is open, the tracks are made ready.......I am on my way!
