The weather forecast was glorious and we had planned to go cross country skiing together. "Let's bring hot chocolate and boller/pastries, and find a place to sit down in the sun!". Then we woke up to a......glorious world ok, but oh so icy cold........and my cold still struggling in my body..... Cross country skiing would not be the best idea.
"I have another idea Terje. What if we both go downtown (a typical Saturday for us is with me going downtown for photos and coffee, Terje going cross country skiing fast, fast, fast for training). Just a short trip because of the cold. I need to buy a Mother's Day present for my mother, we can go to the fish market to buy fish for tomorrow's lunch, and then we can have coffee somwhere at Bakklandet.
We wrapped ourselves in several layers of wool. The cold is not too bad when you are dressed for it. The cold makes beauty shine!
And it makes perfect photos.

Fran, you did some great guessing yesterday, though not quite correct.
Number one, antiques in Norway
Number two, Røisheim, old wooden hotel
Number three, a cafe here in Trondheim (can't find the link right now)
Number four, not Prague but Krakow
Number five, Copenhagen is correct, but not Tage Andersen......
Thanks for playing along.
