Walking with a friend is a great way for chatting, sharing life or just walking in silence. And compassion. Walking alone is a great way of sharing your life with yourself. In compassion.
How often do you do that? Share your life with yourself I mean. In compassion. I write a diary and joys and sorrows are shared there. With myself. But words are not around for everything. At least not written words.
Walking alone is my best time of sharing my life with myself. Of asking the questions, and finding the answers. Well, at least a few answers. The questions are always many.
