Yesterday was my last day with Dagmar, (when you read this I am on my way to Vienna where I will meet Merisi.......)
After lunch we drove up to Weissensee and spent two lovely hours doin a boattrip. Dagmar's mother also went with us.
I read in my guidebook:
The Weissensee possesses its own distinctive charm.....The crystal clear waters are shimmering turquoise hue due to white sandy shores - which also gave the lake its name. In the shallow sections near the bank one can see stems of the water lilies right down to the lake bed......The countryside is a scenario world famopus since it was used as a location in the James Bond film Licence to Kill.
I never get tired of water, here, in Norway, in Veneziaor wherever.......
There were such lovely hotels and guesthouses around the sea. I would love to go here with Terje some day.....
