Two days ago I did know nothing about the annual arrival of the Beaujolais, the third Thursday of November every year!
I can't say I know very much now two days later, but blogging has taught me a few things.
I know that Corey in Provence had a party Thursday night , uncorking the first Beaujolais of the season together with friends. Tara in Paris uncorked the first bottle together with her beloved husband.
Last night my love and I had the night alone, and I decided to prepare a special dinner, with cheese souffle as one of the dishes. A bottle of Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau was perfect to go with the dinner.
