After my sanctuary days at Lindisfarne I spent an extra day in Newcastle before flying back to Norway. After a suggestion by Di I visited the old Biscuit Factory which is today a heaven for art lovers. In the café I found this sugar bowl which felt like an explotion of colours after my retreat days. I could recapture the feeling I had as a child visiting the sweet shop on Saturday afternoons.
I had planned to meet Di in Newcastle, below the monument of Earl Gray, but some misunderstanding occured and we never managed to find each other. I had a small map over Newcastle though, and decided to walk to The Biscuit Factory to see this biggest British original art store. I loved it.
