In the bathroom I have a blue bowl containing three roses. They are the first thing to meet me every morning, a reminder of the holy trinity.
I turn on the cold water tap to wash my face. With my fingers I sprinkle water in my face. Three times. In the name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
And I pray with Saint Birgitta: God show me the way and give me strength to walk it.
I am ready to start my day.
