The Defence Attorney

Last summer I invited a bouquet of my friends to join me in a reading group. Since then nine of us have met every sixth week our so. To have a meal together, and to discuss books. The hostess comes up with ideas for which book to read, then we discuss it in our next meeting.

In two days we are going to meet in The House in the Woods. I will serve a potato soup, made with potatoes from The Blue Garden of course. And we will discuss a book about values written by Geir Lippestad, the defence attorney of the Norwegian terrorist from July 22nd 2011.

I started the book two days ago, when I came home from Ethiopia, and I turned the last page two minutes ago. Sure, we will have a lot to discuss on Thursday.
