  • Rett sør for Trondheim, på Huseby, finner du Akeleiehagen. I det røde huset midt i hagen bor jeg sammen med mannen min. Hagen deler vi med fugler og ekorn, og massevis av blomster, urter, bær, grønnsaker og poteter. Den blå hagen på Huseby er en dagboksblogg hvor jeg deler små og store hverdagsglimt fra hagen.

My mother used to strip the soil off of the roots and put the plants in a jar of water. They were kept in the garage where they couldn't freeze. In the spring she potted them up again and since the geraniums were the focal point of the front of her house, she had many of them. I have geraniums this year and am going to try her method on my flowers. Will let you know if it works for me.
