For years and years I used to go downtown early Saturday mornings. For a photo walk and for coffee. Somehow I stopped doing it, even though I miss it a lot. Who knows, may be one day I will start again. Meanwhile I go for coffee from time to time before or after work.
Many of the coffe shops I used to visit, I used to love, are closed now. The trend is that the main chains take over more and more. But there are exceptions. Like the one I found the other day, Café le Frère.
I sat down, ordering a café au lait, believing this was a caffee latte. It wsa NOT. It was far from. The barista understood my disappointment and offered me a real caffe latte for free, instead of the too strong café au lait.
Writing and drawing in my special moleskin café journal, enjoying my perfect caffe latte.
Life is good.
