The good thing about borders is that they can stop the rain.....well, at least that's what happened today. I left The House in the Woods this morning, picked up a passenger downtown, drove eastwards, picked up two more people, continued eastwards........and when you do that from my place on earth, you will eventually reach the border between Norway and Sweden.
So we did.
The border is up in the mountains, and was covered in snow. We continued east, with a coffee stop to keep the driver (me) awake.........and some time later we found spring again, at least a tiny little beginning of spring, not too much snow, but best of all......no rain.
Blue sky, well, part of the day blue sky, NO RAIN, and waterfalls which took my breath away.
I am in Sweden for two days with a small group of deacons from Norway and Sweden.
We did a wonderful pilgrimage today, along the thundering river and waterfalls.
More about that tomorrow.......
