Terje and I had e Best Moment last night. For Christmas our two sons gave us a gift certificate ti a gourmet restaurant here in Trondheim, Emilies.
We spent all night there.
A five course dinner. Five different glasses.
A series of Amuse Bouche., the funniest one two small carrots, marinated in honey, growing in a glass pot filled with roasted nuts and bread croutons.
Too dark in the restaurants for photos, and I didn´t want to use flash........
