Can you remember that two of my teeth broke during nose surgery back in October? In December I had them mended. On New Year´s Eve the small piece of my left front tooth broke again! I phoned the dentist. I got my cold and had to delay my appointment.
Finally today I walked down to the house where my dentist has his office. I took the lift up to 7th floor, sat down in the dentist´s chair and had the tooth mended.
I sat in the dentist chair exactly two minutes and when I wanted to pay it was all free! I walked out with a broad smile, stopping at every window to use them as mirror, to give my left front tooth a broad smile.
All smiling I walked down to the channel. I had not worried about the dentist appointment. There had been no pains. No money. A positive experience.

Coming home after work I started to make the fagioli soup, using the beans Mauro sent me for Christmas. Guests were to come for a late, late dinner, and because I was hungry I ate a carrot.
While chewing I suddenly felt something was wrong in my mouth. I checked, and found out I had lost a molar filling.
Tomorrow I must call the dentist.
I need an appointment.
