December 18. Øystein's angels
When Øystein was 8, he came home from school one day in December with three handmade angels. I have collected angels as long I can remember, and have angels made by well known artists, angels made in Danish papercraft, tiffany angels, glass angels, wooden angels, wool angels......you name it. My most precious ones are these three though, made by my little boy.
Today Øystein is 23 and has his own flat. There are no angels decorating the walls of his home, and he is not sure if he believes in angels any more.
My faith is strong enough for both of us though.

Britt these little hand crafted angels by an angels hand! Tell him yes the angels are everywhere..mostly silent.
I also love to collect angels.
Blessing to you dear friend who certainly shares her warm heart with the world! hugs NG

Oh Britt how sweet are these angels. My dear sweet Mother is an angel collector, and she has them all through her house. Thank you so much for sharing these sweeties with us.
Smiles...

Oh, anything made by a child's hand is precious. And he's 23, an age where he has to push boundaries. Faith will follow.

Oh, angels!!! So adorable. Yes, 23 is a strange year, when you question and wonder... But, I came back to my faith... My mom had faith for both of us too ;) xxo

Those are the most precious angels, Britt-Arnhild! We say at home that "angels are God's thoughts passing to man"... well, there MUST be angels for your dear son to have created those!

my, my...
aren't we ever-so fortunate
that angels
watch over those who
do not even believe in them!
they do!
fear not!
here is why--->
**My faith is strong enough for both of us though.**

My mom recently recommended this to me:

A little honest doubt may be good.

Dear Britt
Thanks so much for sharing with us your beautiful pictures - I like them very much.
Although I haven't been a religious person for ages, my faith remains strong: faith in life, faith in friends, faith in goodness, faith in Love. And yes, my faith is strong enough for me and my son as well. He's 24 and once believed in angels too.

Gods thoughts are higher than ours. He knows his way with our children. Our love for them is like a prayer, daily, nightly. It's hard to let go, but His hands are there. Guiding, keeping, watching, caring.
