I have many favorite flowers in the garden.

These days the primula is high up on that list.

No life is so charming as a country one in England, and no flowers are sweeter or more lovely than the primroses, cowslips, bluebells, and violets that grow in abundance all around me here.

On hands and feet for a couple of hours. Now I can feel every single one of my 54 years!
It feels good.
And the garden rejoice with me.

The first primulas

I have dirt under my nails again, and I love it. My fingers smell of abrodd (is that only a Norwegian name of a wonderful fragrant herb?????) and i love it. My garden muscles are sore after a sunny day out in the garden, and I love it.

The first primulas are blooming, AND I LOVE IT.
