It is always so easy to fill the thermos with boiled water, and then just bring a few of those bags with powder ready to go into the water. But since it is Christmas time, and my first cross country skiing of the winter, I decided to make hot chocolate "the real way", dark chocolate, a little water and milk. And since I have reopened The Blue Café, the camera was with me all the time :-)
